Cancellation Policy

The reservation can be canceled free of charge up to 3 days before the agreed arrival date. Deviating individual agreements can also be made in this regard. If a reservation made in writing or orally is not cancelled in time or in case of no-show, we charge 100% of the price of the entire planned stay, if the room cannot be used for the booked period. The same applies to early departures.

On request, we would be happy to offer a hotel cancellation insurance.

Please note that all cancellations or changes are only valid if we have confirmed them in writing.
